The dashboard

See, over a chosen period, the state of your product base, scan volume, the conversion funnel and security alerts.

On this page

This is the console's home screen after signing in. Over a chosen period, it brings together the brand's indicators: products, scans, conversion funnel, security, catalog and operations. A real-time connection updates some counters without a reload.

The dashboard, its indicator tiles and its product funnel

#What the screen shows

Header: the title "Dashboard", a "Live" pill while the real-time connection holds, the period selector, 7d, 30d, 90d, 1y and "All", set to 30d on load, then the export, refresh and "NFC Daemon" buttons.

Then come three large tiles, "Active products", "Total Scans" and "Conversion Rate", four minting tiles, "Pending", "Confirmed", "Failed" and "Success rate", a "Product Funnel", a "Recent Activity" panel capped at 10 operations, and the "Security & Compliance", "Analytics" and "Operations" sections.

"Active products" ignores the period, because it is a state of the catalog, from which burned products and lines superseded after a re-mint or archived are excluded. "Distribution by category" does apply the period, so the two do not cover the same scope. The "All" period has limits of its own: the scan curve starts again from 30 days back while the counters cover the whole history, and the trend arrow falls back to 7 days.

"Avg. DPP Score" only appears if the brand has at least one product model, and its color changes at the 80, 60 and 40 thresholds. The "Webhooks" pill reads "Healthy" from 90 % active upwards, "Degraded" from 50 %, "Failing" below, and "Healthy" when there is no webhook at all. The "Team" card counts only active accounts that carry administrator rights.

#What you can do here

Change the period. Each change fires the data call again, as does the refresh button, bearing in mind that the main counters and the recent activity block stay cached for 60 seconds on the server side.

Export with "Export CSV" or "Print PDF". The file is named sealtrust-dashboard followed by today's date, and any cell starting with =, +, - or @ gets an apostrophe, so a spreadsheet does not read it as a formula.

Click a tile to open the screen concerned. A "Recent Activity" row opens the product record when it carries a token number. With no active product at all, a "Welcome to SealTrust" card offers to create a first one.

#What controls access

You need a signed-in administrator account. Until authentication is resolved, the page shows only a skeleton. No plan locks the screen. The "Multisig Pending" tile appears only when there is at least one pending multi-signature operation.

#What the screen refuses

An account that is not an administrator sees the message "Unauthorized. Please log in at www.sealtrust.io (nouvel onglet)." and a "Log in" button.

A block unavailable on the server side does not prevent the rest of the page from displaying: its tile stays blank or zero. If the global call fails, a red banner shows the detail returned by the server, failing that the request's technical message, and as a last resort the text "Error loading dashboard".

"Success rate" shows a dash as long as no mint has been either confirmed or failed. If the real-time connection drops, a banner announces "Real-time updates disconnected. Data may be stale."
