Every screen in the console
One screen, one page. What each one shows, what you can do there, what gates it and what it refuses.
On this page
This section describes the administration console screen by screen. A guide walks you through one task from start to finish; here, each page answers a single question: I have this screen in front of me, what does it do and what can I expect from it.
Every page follows the same structure. A screenshot, what the screen shows, what you can do there, and where they apply, what gates access and what the screen refuses. Button labels are the ones in the console, to the letter.
Screenshots are taken in the language of the page you are reading, because a console speaks: its menus, titles and messages change with the language.
Some screens do not appear in your menu. Three possible reasons, and each page says so where it applies: your plan does not include the feature, your role does not allow it, or your brand's profile hides a whole section.
#What your brand's profile is
At first sign-in, the console asks a question and offers four answers. That choice changes neither your plan nor your rights: it only decides which sections the menu shows, so that screens you have no use for stay out of your way.
- "Anti-counterfeit basics" hides nine entries: components and suppliers, the supply chain, DPP templates, DPP passports, DPP compliance, and the four NFC tools.
- "Anti-counterfeit + EU DPP" hides the four NFC tools, and nothing else.
- "Full traceability suite" hides nothing.
- "Custom (everything visible)" hides nothing either.
The pages in this section name that profile by its code, basic, dpp, full or custom, because that is the value your brand carries. A brand that has not answered yet has no profile, and nothing is hidden.
The profile is not a lock, it is a display filter: what decides your rights remains your plan and your role. If a section is missing, change your profile.
The sentence under each title below is the one the page announces itself.
Getting started with the console
- The sign-in screenOpen a session in the SealTrust admin console, with the code from your authenticator app when your account asks for one.
- The header barLocate the open page, follow the brand counters and reach search, the assistant and the display settings from any screen.
- The setup checklistWork through the eight onboarding steps for your brand, with the ones already done ticked automatically.
- The dashboardSee, over a chosen period, the state of your product base, scan volume, the conversion funnel and security alerts.
Models and batches
- The catalogueThe catalogue address displays no screen: it switches straight to the product list, and the word names the menu section that groups the real pages.
- Product modelsThe list of the brand's models, the form that creates and edits them, and the deletion that requires retyping the model's SKU.
- A model's detail pageEverything that hangs off a reference: its image, its passport, its reference QR, its default warranty, its latest batches, and the drawer that starts a run.
- Production batchesThe batch list, their creation, their filters, and the bulk deletion that requires retyping a sentence computed by the server.
- A batch's detail pageThe control desk of a run: its minting progress, its encoding jobs, its products, and the buttons that mint, prepare the QR codes and retry failures.
- The encoding wizardFour steps that pre-scan the blank tags, pair them with the batch items, mint everything in one go, then hand over to the encoder.
Products and media
- ProductsThe brand's unit-by-unit inventory: find one item, follow its mint status, download its QR code and withdraw it from the catalog.
- A product's detail pageEverything the platform knows about one item: chain, chip or QR code, certificate, passport, warranty, buyback, scans and owners.
- Create a productCreate units one at a time, as rows typed by hand or from a CSV file, and preview what will be written on chain.
- The media libraryThe brand's file library: images, videos, documents and 3D models, attachable to a product or to a model.
- Components and suppliersThe three directories that feed the digital passports: the components of a model, the materials and the suppliers.
- The supply chainThe overview of a product model: its tree of components, materials and suppliers, a summary table and the distribution by country.
Digital passport
- The DPP workspaceThe way in to the seven digital product passport compliance screens, and the tab bar they share.
- DPP templatesA library of passport templates per product vertical, expanded to see the detail and sent on to passport creation.
- Product passportsThe brand's product passports, their version history, the comparison of two versions, the JSON export and the creation form.
- The DPP compliance scoreA score out of 100 per product model, its breakdown by dimension, its regulatory deadlines, the PDF evidence export and the European registry connector.
- Passport access rulesDecide who sees which passport field: the six ESPR access tiers shipped by default, and the custom rules a brand adds field by field.
- Substances of concernThe register of substances of concern declared per product model, with creation, editing, and a deletion that requires retyping the substance name.
- The GS1 vocabularyThe read-only mapping table between internal passport fields, GS1 terms and Schema.org terms.
- EPCIS eventsView, download and re-import a brand's lifecycle events in the GS1 EPCIS 2.0 format.
Identity and lifecycle
- Certificates of authenticityThe brand's certificate register: issue them one at a time or in bulk, find an issued certificate, download its PDF and its QR code, and revoke it permanently.
- Product eventsThe history of lifecycle events attached to the brand's products, with manual entry of an event when it did not come up on its own.
- Claim rulesThe rules that decide who can claim a product of the brand and until when, one rule per sales channel, plus issuance of the purchase code handed to the buyer.
- ReturnsThe inbox of customer return requests: confirm physical reception, reject a request with a reason, or trigger a return the customer will still have to sign.
- BuybackThe buyback offers made by the brand: follow them, complete an accepted offer by recording the payment reference, or cancel it.
NFC tools
- The NFC encoderTake a ready item from a batch, encode its NFC chip, write its certificate and mark the row as written.
- Scan UIDsPlace blank chips one by one, read their UID, drop duplicates and export the list as a CSV.
- Wipe a tagClean up a chip that has been encoded: detach its product row, erase the written address, erase the certificate and reset the keys to factory.
- The reader connectionOpen and close the single link between the console and the workstation NFC reader, choose the working brand and the reader used.
