# Every screen in the console

One screen, one page. What each one shows, what you can do there, what gates it and what it refuses.

This section describes the administration console screen by screen. A guide walks you through one task from start to finish; here, each page answers a single question: I have this screen in front of me, what does it do and what can I expect from it.

Every page follows the same structure. A screenshot, what the screen shows, what you can do there, and where they apply, what gates access and what the screen refuses. Button labels are the ones in the console, to the letter.

Screenshots are taken in the language of the page you are reading, because a console speaks: its menus, titles and messages change with the language.

Some screens do not appear in your menu. Three possible reasons, and each page says so where it applies: your plan does not include the feature, your role does not allow it, or your brand's profile hides a whole section.

## What your brand's profile is

At first sign-in, the console asks a question and offers four answers. That choice changes neither your plan nor your rights: it only decides which sections the menu shows, so that screens you have no use for stay out of your way.

- "Anti-counterfeit basics" hides nine entries: components and suppliers, the supply chain, DPP templates, DPP passports, DPP compliance, and the four NFC tools.
- "Anti-counterfeit + EU DPP" hides the four NFC tools, and nothing else.
- "Full traceability suite" hides nothing.
- "Custom (everything visible)" hides nothing either.

The pages in this section name that profile by its code, `basic`, `dpp`, `full` or `custom`, because that is the value your brand carries. A brand that has not answered yet has no profile, and nothing is hidden.

The profile is not a lock, it is a display filter: what decides your rights remains your plan and your role. If a section is missing, change your profile.
