# Your client brands

Open and follow the brands you administer on behalf of your own clients, within the limits of your contract.

Some brands do not use SealTrust for themselves alone: they offer it to their own clients. A compliance firm, a contract manufacturer, a group holding several houses. This tab lets them open those clients' brands without coming through us every time.

It is visible to everyone. If your contract provides for nothing of the sort, the page says so in one sentence rather than disappearing without explanation.

And if the page cannot reach the server, it shows the error as it is. It never tells you that you have no contract when it could not check.

## What the screen shows

- The name of the contract you open brands under, and a counter: how many client brands you have already opened, out of how many your contract allows.
- When your contract sets no ceiling, the counter says so in words rather than leaving a blank.
- A form to open a brand: its name, and the offer to put on it.
- The list of your client brands, each with its offer, its domain and that domain's state, and whether our mention is shown or hidden.
- A brand with no domain says so, instead of leaving an empty column.

## What you can do here

- Open a client brand, which is attached to your team straight away: every account with access to your brand has access to its own.
- Choose its offer among those your contract allows.
- Follow your usage against the ceiling.

## What controls access

- Opening brands for your clients is agreed contract by contract. With no contract, the page invites you to talk to us.
- The offer menu only proposes what your contract names. It never proposes the Inside offer: that one belongs to a reseller, and a client brand is not meant to resell in turn.
- When the ceiling is reached, the form disappears and the counter explains why.

## What the screen refuses

- A name already taken elsewhere is refused. The message simply says the name is unavailable: it tells you nothing about the platform's other brands.
- A client brand's domain is not set here. We put it in place for you. Pointing a passport at a new issuer is one-way once a chip has been encoded, and that is decided together.

## Your client brands' white label entitlement

Your client brands inherit your white label entitlement: our name does not appear on them, whatever their own offer. The entitlement reaches them through the contract that ties them to you.

It does not lapse if your own plan changes later. Their products are sold and their chips encoded; closing your contract stops new brands from being opened and takes nothing away from those in service.

What each client brand chooses to show is its own: the entitlement allows hiding our mention, it does not hide it by default.
